Warranty: NEED TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE IGNITER FOR FURNACE. PARTS AND LABOR ARE UNDER WARRANTY.
Igniter is bad need to order a new ignite customer is not available to have it put on till Friday morning
Cleaned flame sensor cycled unit two times. Unit is functioning properly.
Spoke to customer upon arrival. Expressed concern about not having water at all. Found pipes frozen. Heat tape was not on tested outlet defined only 20 V running through outlet. Also saw a leak coming from either check valve or ball valve. Could not tell how big or small leak was due to pipes being frozen. Gave customer price to install new heat tape. Customer did not want to go with price. Customer paid with card
Customer stated unit would run shut off for 3 minutes then start running again. Cleaned flame sensor. Checked operation of system everything was operating correctly. Checked temperature by thermostat and my reading was a little higher then thermostat reading. Replaced batteries with one’s customer provided. Customer is going to buy new face and replace face of thermostat.
Main limit is bad customer is going to replace it himself

Reprogrammed tstat, taped up coil, and filled in holes for gas and line set..system is functioning properly
Replaced piece of line set that was kinked..found that every supply run was unhooked..I was unable to hook up 2 due to the flex duct being tore up..so she needs 2 15ft runs of 6” flex..I hooked up gas and drain…still need to figure out vent situation need to send someone with roofing experience
